If you have a larger, enterprise-level website with high volume traffic and large server disk space requirements (typically 5GB+), then yes, you’d benefit from having your own dedicated server as it offers scalability for size, space and functionality.

Websites like this could include visual-heavy websites with lots of images and data (such as travel booking sites, membership websites, UGC (user-generated content) sites, large data repositories (PDFs, media etc) or arts organisations for example).
