Training Workshop – Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • A workshop date is considered confirmed once written agreement is received (email is acceptable).

  • A confirmation email will outline session details, fees, and any agreed deliverables.

2. Fees & Payment

  • Full payment is required within 14 days of invoice, or in advance of the session—whichever is sooner.

  • For late bookings (within 14 days of the event), full payment is required at point of confirmation.

  • Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client cancellations must be made in writing.

  • More than 14 days before the session: no charge.

  • 7–14 days before: 50% of the agreed fee payable.

  • Less than 7 days before: 100% of the fee payable.

  • If the workshop is rescheduled by the client (subject to availability):

  • One date change is allowed at no charge if more than 7 days’ notice is given.

  • If we need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or full refund.

4. What’s Included

  • Workshop delivery as agreed (in person or online).

  • Pre-workshop planning (if applicable).

  • Any agreed materials or follow-up resources (e.g., slides, cheat sheets).

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure a suitable venue or space (if in-person), including access to necessary equipment (e.g., screen, Wi-Fi, power).

  • Attendees should bring a smartphone with basic video capability, charged and ready for use.

  • Any accessibility needs should be communicated in advance so we can adapt materials and delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials remain the property of [Your Company Name], unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Participants may use materials for personal or internal organisational use only. Reproduction or resale is not permitted.

7. Use of Workshop Footage or Photos

  • We may take photos or short clips for promotional use—this will always be with verbal consent on the day. Please inform us if you prefer not to be included.

8.Travel Costs

Travel will be charged at £0.50p per mile (after 15 miles from our base in Cardiff). Additional costs for parking and/or accommodation may be required in the event of locations far from our base in South Wales
